What's my shipping charge?
The shipping charge depends on the weight and size of your order, the mode of shipment, and your distance.
Do you ship to international addresses?
Yes, we do. However, we do NOT accept credit card payment from international addresses.
The shipping costs seems high?
A majority of our customers think our shipping and handling charges are reasonable. Most complaints come from orders, which makes the shipping charge to appear high as a percentage of the total order. The shipping charge as a percentage of the total order goes down significantly with increased order amount and quantity.
May I receive an e-mail confirmation when my order is shipped?
Yes, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with package quantity, weights, Tracking number , and estimated delivery time at the evening hours after your package is shipped
How do I track my package?
We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and track your shipment during transit with express logistics. When you place your order, you are given a Tracking Number on the date your package is shipped.
